My gf took abortion pill and now she is having dark brown discharge and cramps after two days.. please guide us.. is it normal? Should we do an follow up with the doctor.

Was an ultrasound done prior If not you need an ultrasound Definitely meeting at doctor in a person would be a better idea

Get ultrasound scan done after a week. There should be bleeding  after taking the pill.
