Hi Docs, My sister is 3 months pregnant and wants to abort. It is an unwanted pregnancy. She is married and already has two kids. What method can be chosen as safe? She ignored that she hadn't gotten her period for a long time, and now she is stuck. They want to abort as they are not financially strong enough to have 3 kids.
