Abnormalities in tests

Lft done today with 92 sgpt,58 sgot,total bilburin-1.2 Indirect bilburin .89 ,pt time-16 sec and inr 1.2 alkaliy phosphate 140,my gastro has advised ursodeoxycholic and cirrosam 400  for 10 day.is there any seriousness and am i getting right prescription.doc has not advised any ultrasound and any other imaging.what is this condition and i m alcoholic from 10 yrs and from 2 months ratio of drinking is very high.my anti hcv and hbsag test are non reactive.

Yes, we need to have your USG done as soon as Possible alongwith the Medications prescribed by the Gastro-Enterologist. Also ABSTEIN from Alcohol. Also kindly get your, Amylase & Lipase done.

Get a ultrasound of abdomen and Fibroscan

Yea it can be due to alcohol related hepatitis. Stop alcohol and take those medicines and review lft after 1 week
