I am gain abnormal weight if I eat. My thyroid tests are normal. My leg is having plates for a previous accident. Can't do exercise. What's the best way to looses fat for me asap.

You could restrict carbs in ur diet and increase the intake of fruits, vegetables, soups and salads.You could do simple stretch exercise.Drink atleast 6-8 glasses of water.Sleep 8hrs.
