Hi doctor, I am looking for a solution for my mother who is 48 years old and is experiencing abnormal sugar levels between 180-220. Apart from doing excercises, walking daily, allopathy medicines, ayurvedic medicines the sugar level does not go down. I would like to get a solution for this problem.
