Abnormal Microalbumin But Normal ACR

Having persistent foamy urine since June 2025 Recent & previous serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium levels are all normal.USG (KUB) done on April & 24 hrs urine protein done on July are all normal Urine ACR & all it's other parameters came normal on june,july & august This time Microalbumin came 2.30 mg/dl (ref range 0-1.7),Urinary Creatinine came 142.10 mg/dl (ref range 22-328) & ACR came 16.19 Microalbumin level has crossed the upper normal limit of the reference range There has been a significant rise in Microalbumin & ACR levels in comparision to the previous reports Had adequate hydration (2.7 ltrs) & no protein diet the day before What might be the reason of such abnormal elevation of Microalbumin ?

This is still normal there is no protien,even the albumin in the urine is with In normal limits,other causes of foaming include the fats in our diet and bile salts which are considered to be normal
