Hii sir, I had an hernia surgery 1.5 year ago, after that I have notice i have lost erection . Some time erection is but most of the time erection is not. I have completely lost morning erection. I never had a intercourse, i am planing to get married soon. Is there any measure were i can check and treated for my problem. I want to have healthy sex life. Pls advice me for same My weight 65kg
