Abnormal ecg

I took an ecg one month back and it showed non specific t wave abnormality. I took 2 more yesterday due to chest pain, and both showed sinus rhythm with ST deviation and moderate t wave Abnormality, consider anterior ischemia (-0.1+mv t wave in V3 V4). What is the next step? What does it mean?

Please consult a cardiologist Get an echo and TMT done. If doubt then Angiography. Please do not go with the interpretation written over the ECG paper. Better to consult an expert.
