As per the symptoms mentioned, she seems to be undergoing a psychotic illness(this would need confirmation though after a thorough assessment by a psychiatrist in person); which needs to be attended to immediately as there has already been a lot of damage in her physical health due to the same. Right now, she will require medications for which she should be taken to a psychiatrist. But if her family is unsupportive, and unable to commit to taking care of her medication regime, physical health etc, it would be better to get her inpatient treatment which is available at a no if govt and pvt hospitals in Delhi. Hello possible causes like depression...schizophrenia should be ruled out consult psychiatrist for further evaluation and treatment...proper counselling and emotional support has to be given to her by family and friends...its bettr that someone should be with her always and she should be kept busy so that she will not get any suicidal ideas wont come bettr to get an electroencephalogram done.
