Abdominal Pain
Since last night I'm having a sharp stinging abdominal pain and feeling bloated and its unbearable. Not feeling like eating, unable to sleep on back as there is pain in lower back also.

There are many cause of abdominal pain.
Bloating is most probably due to gastritis or indigestion.
Drinking plenty of water and avoiding spicy and oily food will take care. At the most maybe u can take PPI like Pantoprazole 40mg, Rabeprazole 20mg etc.
Severe/unbearable pain in abdomen with lower back pain points towards renal pathology. For that u might need thorough workup like urine investigations, ultrasound CT scan and all.
Meanwhile you can take analgesic like Tab Tramadol 50/100mg for pain relief.
