Hello Doctors, I am suffering with abdominal pain on the right lower part of the body and a very slight pain in right testicle. I took pantop, meftal spas and oflox after consulting doctor via voice call and got relief after 3 hours of medicines. But still I can feel very mild pain. And I don't have any other symptoms as vomiting/diarrhoea. I am worried if this is related to appendicitis or digestion problem / food poisoning. Can anybody please help me with the query.
