I had loose stools and  lower abdominal pain. I was advised to take ciplox tz, bifilac, cylopalm twice a day for 5 days. After taking medicines for 2 days i m feeli g severe bitterness in mouth and not ble to eat.please advise. Do I need to complete full course ?

Tinidazole does cause bitterness in mouth. Try taking it after meals, if no or mild abdominal pain now, stop cyclopam as well. Take small quantity of food frequently, with focus on nutritious food.
