I am having period like cramps since 3 days . My periods are due within 8 days. Also having back pain. What is the reason for mid cycle cramps

It could be that ur periods may start a little.early or it may also be delayed ovulation. If it's the 2nd case then you will have normal period after 15 to 20 days.
