Dear sir My son 9 year old suffering from lower abdominal pain very much and I have done utrasound ,CBC,and routine urine and no abnormality found I am given meftal spas 10mm and rentap syrup but he have no relief and he is very much pain plz suggest what is the problem have any infections or gastric problem or any other plz suggest
