For pregnancy confirmation use preg news kit..................... usually there is delayed menstrual cycle....... so then u can check with the kit then if it is positive ........... then she is pregnant abdominal pain on one side several reasons like appendicitis inflammatory bowel disease gastro entritis and several other factors............
