Hi i am getting vomitting 3-4 days in a week from a month I am having abdominal pain from past 1 month. I am not pregnant. My ultrasounf report is attached. I always feel like getting vomitting. I dont feel like eating anything. What is the exactly cause of vomitting. What test need to be done. I feel weakness.
