Severe Period Pain and Vomiting
I have severe period pain.My pain start from 10 days before my period start and during period my vomiting also start. To reduce the pain I am taking 2 - 3 pain killer during periods. It is effecting my normal Life.

You must consult some good Homoeopath nearby...who will take  a detailed history which would include symptoms related to your chief compl, Your Nature/ Temperament....your likes/ dislikes....sleep / dreams....many more.... Based on such history he will prescribe the medicines which will definitely help relieve your pain.....

Doing certain floor exercises which will help strengthen the Pelvic & Lower Ab muscles....so that the Pain intensity reduces....
