Abdominal pain and pain while urination

From past 10 days I an suffering with lower abdominal pain. Some times the pain is sharp. I have used pantop as per my friends recommendation for 7 days. The pain is reduced. After I stopped using abdominal pain started after 2 days. Now the motion became difficult and it is gummy. Even while urination I feel pain. Kindly suggest me the solution.
