Abdominal pain from last 3 to 4 days i have taken spasmonil tab In past dr told that infection on hysterectomy

There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. Tab Spasmonil is a combination drug of painkillers and anti spasmodic. This medicine is not used in infection. Why did you undergo hystrectomy at your age? If your pain persists or worsens kindly visit your treating gynecologist at the earliest
