I am 52yrs female. I am having abdominal cramps since last night followed by vomiting 3-4 times.i have already taken 1 tab decolic and 1 tab of pantop today in morning but still no relief.

For vomiting you can take tab emeset and then see a doctor For pain you can take tab Meftal spas But see a doctor if no relief
