Yesterday i felt some discomfortness after my dinner, felt not able to properly pass the gas,i felt gas is blocked. But today i am having left abdomen paining, not shart but a pain is there. Light loose stool also occured.

If u r having loose stools and pain abdomen then orobably u have some abdomen infection. U need to start antibiotics and probiotics. Take light food amd plenty of fluids. U can take consult to get proper advice.
