  4. Abdomen pain. Necrosis. please suggest!

Abdomen pain

My Son is having random pain in abdomen. In ultrasound report, results : 1. The liver border line is enlarged and measuring 9.1 cm and showing Normal echo texture. No focal lesion. 2. Few mesenteric nodes of size 6-13mm around umbilicus with no obvious foci of necrosis. Please suggest
