I have right top abdomen pain and it comes and goes. If it is there it stays for some days. At that time I am getting lower back pain as well on right side. This is more likely a pointed pain. Endoscopy was done and e coli bacterial infection and I have used anti biotics for that. In kub ultrasound non obstructing renal calculi is found in right kidney. But mostly pain is in right top abdomen. On hard touch also pain is being felt. Few months ago it started and it is coming and going. I have constipation problem as well. What this could be
