Abdomen fill hot after eat food

Recently i have stomach erosion and bloating problem .now I have fill better for erosion but bloating is as it is and after eating food fill hot in lower abdomen and pain in lower left side .in recent Usg i also diagnose fatty lever 1 grade but in LFT report is normal.so my question is why abdomen is bloating and fill hot ,also fill pain left side back

These are SYMPTOMS of Gastritis, erosions. Can heal well with Treatment
