Abdomen both side hurt.

I have a urine infection for Escherichia coli | Colony Count : 10^4 cfu/ml Antibiotic Test is SENSITIVE for all. My Abdomen both side hurts when I sit for more then 30minutes. I have a slip disc but doctor saod it is unrelated.What might be the cause wild guess?

Ya conditions are unrelated but to understand better get ultrasound kub region for any kidney related problem

take full course of antibiotics and make sure complete irradication of infection
