I have been facing problem of irregular periods since last 6 months. Last time i had my periods on 28 april Still i have not get the periods So i have done sonography Sonagraphy has following results Bothries show multiple small cysts arranged peripherily with central echogenic stroma s/o polycystic ovaries Right ovary shows 3.5 × 3.5 cm simple cyst

You are having pcod problem.Also get done TSH level.First you take the tablet for withdrawal then start treatment for regulating the cycle minimum for 3 months.
