My child 3.5 years old is having infected tooth with an abcess over the tooth on his gum. The tooth has a filling which was done a year ago but the pulp was exposed to bacteria. This abcess is under control and drains itself with saline water. We are yet to get rct done as my child is non cooperative during treatments. I have a query about how long can we wait for rct and is there any risk of getting the permanent tooth forming under infected milk tooth also infected.
