My hydrocyl has developed a solid lump in upper side of my right testicle. But it has no pain on it.. What can i do?

Hello , how do you know that it's  hydrocele . Solid lump might be due to hernia . Don't wait get done ultrasound to diagnose it properly . Then we can start treatment .
