A small fleshy bump near right eyebrow

Hi, I want to ask that I have a small fleshy bump (sometimes hard) developed unknowingly on the right side of my right eye brow. Its been there since last 3-4 months and is not going. I have attached a photo of it along for reference. Please help as to how to treat it in order to get rid of it. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
