A slight swelling in the thyroid gland

For last few months I noticed I have slight swelling in thyroid gland there is no pain but when I try to do exercise there is pain in the right recently I was diagonised with TMJ disorder my right side is still not okay I feel there is some kind of inflammation still present what should I do?also am gaining weight there is a difficulty in breathing

Get your thyroid profile test done.. you will know if there is any problem with the gland
