Now i noticed  that a pimple is growing  in my anus hole.  Idont know whether it is piles or not. I just noticed 3days before..  that time there was no pain or nothing. But now it is hurting a little.there is no bleeding issues . But i am getting little hurt when i am try to stand from where i sit.What should i do sir?
