I saw a dark circle patch on upper chest skin before 2.5 moths ago later it get too dark and after that It was looking like burns. Now upper skin has been removed and dark spot is still remaining and I got a rash in my face and I saw another on before 4 days o. My back side neck. I'm confused about this. Is this any infection or sign of othedisease
