I am having a horrible time! I'm extremely depressed im having mood swings severe anxiety sometimes never want to leave my bed. I never sleep I'm so tired but I can't shut down at night but I'm tired all day long I have anxiety about simple tasks as cleaning my house cooking etc I need help I'm in sever pain all the time from past injuries my back and neck hurt constantly I have daily migraines
