There is lump or pimple like structure without puss on Uvula. I have observed it a month ago. What is this condition.

There are lots of salivary glands in the mouth soft palate and below the tongue . This swelling over the uvula looks like one of the salivary gland. If it increases in size or any pain then has to be removed and sent for a biopsy.
Next Steps
Watch the swelling if it increases in size meet an ENT for excision biopsy.
