Have a regular bed time routine.
Avoid afternoon naps, if necessary not more than 20 min.
** Dont use mobile / laptop screen 1-2hrs before going to bed. ( most common reason now a days)
Do exercises, aerobics in the morning
Try to have adequate exposure to the sunlight in th early hours
Eating excess oily , fatty foods can affect quality of sleep.
