I' ve been experiencingprolonged periods of headasched ,drowsiness.i am laying in my bed allt he time thinking and crulying for no reason

Disabling headaches need evaluation.  Your question doesn't describe your prevalent  mood and duration of problem. So that we can rule out depression besides headache.  I would suggest you consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest.
