I am using dervia cms in night along with saslic face wash (2 times). Since, 2-3,days of use skin is getting a bit flaky and dry on some parts of face. I use moisturizer but it's not helping. . Also 1-3 new pimples are also coming. Should I continue using the medicines or stop. What should I do further
