Motor milestones pulling to stand is reassuring. As you have not mentioned about language milestones and regarding social milestones it’s better to get direct consultation.

Greetings 9-month-old infant who is hitting many excellent motor and social milestones, such as babbling, laughing, maintaining good eye contact, clapping, and pulling to stand. However, the parent notes the baby shows inconsistent name response, a lack of interest in peekaboo, and is not yet pointing. At this stage, these behaviors could point to a few different possibilities: a normal developmental variation where the baby is simply highly focused on mastering physical skills like standing; a temporary, mild fluid buildup or hearing issue like glue ear; or an early variation in social communication or language processing.
