More than alignment it may cause decayed teeth if mouth including teeth are not cleaned before your baby sleeps off.
Take wet sterile cotton and wipe off all surfaces of teeth. Do not let the baby sleep off without cleaning his or her teeth.
Prolonged bottle feeding rarely causes malalignment.
