1)give food 4-5 times a day.
2)each time give different type of food( kichidi/fruits/mashed vegetables/rice etc)
3) if anyone eats, make child sit in front of them and give food. By seeing them child may eat. Always give company while eating
4) don't give milk before food.once you give some food you give milk.other wise stomach will be filled.
*Chapti we usually advice after 10months.
