I had my last period on March 10th and everything was normal after that time 1st May...and when I came on 10th May that makes around 8 weeks starts the doctor could not get a proper heart beat...I'm worried please help...I hve not symptoms or bleeding or pain or anything.

After 7 weeks if there is no heart beat this is called missed abortion n u need to proceed with termination of pregnancy
