Record the temperature again How is the activity of the kid

The temperature quoted maybe normal for the baby. After the fall the significant changes which are concerning are an excessive irritability/ lethargy at the age, vomiting, alteration of consciousness, weakness of a body part esp the eyes, seizures. Watch out for these symptoms if present, seek immediate hospital admission./ consultation. You have not mentioned how you are measuring the temperature - axillary/ ear/ forehead. We can advise about the temperature rise accordingly but it doesn’t seem important for now
