7 year old child has cavity problem

My child has got cavity in one of his premolar tooth. It started paining since yesterday. I'm booking appointment with doctor however need some remedies till then.

Premolar at age 7 is early eruption. The cause of pain has to be ascertain first. A pain killer can be taken, but children have different dosages according to weight.

You can give your kid a pain killer syrup...ibugesic junior or even crocin or p-250/500 syrup if you have at home. 5 ml will do. Also, the tooth must be a milk tooth molar...as children don't have premolars at this age.

Dear sir, first of all I would like to clear one point of yours here that is premolars are usually not seen in children aged 7. Pain is usually a sign of pulp irritation which is usually a sequence after decayed teeth
