7 Weeks Pregancy; 2 times bleeding

One of my friend already had d&c 1 year before, got pregant after medication , But now She got periods 2 times with In 7 Weeks, doctor visit She told both the time heart beat is there with less Growth, kindly suggest Why it is happening What to do, will this be Okay later for now She is taking dydraboon , maintained injection and folic acid Thank you

Comparison between two ultrasound reports may show some light on the cause. If growth restriction is diagnosed at 7 weeks that means nothing can be done. As at present this patient is getting more than what possibly can be given scientifically.
