7 week pregnant but showing 5 week in US

I am 7 weeks pregnant as per my LMP. But transvaginal ultrasound shows I am only 5 weeks. And gestational Sac is at right end of uterus. Outer end of gestational Sac and outer end of uterus only 6mm.  Attaching my scan report. Is it normal? My doctor told to take another scan after two weeks.

You need to repeat the scan after 2 weeks. Sometimes early scan cannot detect all the details of pregnancy very well.
