  4. 7 months pregnant. Dolo tablet again.

I am having fever from yesterday. Body pain headache feeling cold. I also had paracitamol yesterday at around 5:30pm but didn't get relief and then I took dolo 650 at 3 am in the night but today also not feeling that better. Can I take dolo tablet again.
