Left Ear feeling heavy, tinitus n fullness from Feb 2026. Doctor prescribed 10 days twice a day- eebas 20, deca 6 , RUTHBRO, AZIBRO LMT and combinase FT spray twice a day. Along with steam karvol plus once a day . Felt 60% better but again after swimming again ear felt full n heavy. So again same course was repeated for 15 days along with 5 days of Otocap VT n Levocitrizine. Now when I do very forceful vasalva menuvr I feel a little temporary relief from upper side of ear but down side is still feel stuck. Audiometry n typnogram shoes mixed hearing loss

Hi Greetings It seems like you are facing Eustachian tube dysfunction issue. Need more detailed history pertaining to nasal symptoms. Reports of PTA and Impedance audiometry.
Next Steps
Needs nasal endoscopy and Otoendoscopy. sos Grommet insertion. to consult for further opinion.
