7 month old baby behaviour

A few days ago and today again I observed my 7 month old baby girl started laughing when I was crying. I was crying due to some family stuff and suddenly she started laughing hard. Is this behaviour normal, it looked insensitive to me. Kindly advise.

It is after all  the 7 month baby. It is totally normal for baby to laugh as its one of the milestone. Nothing to feel insensitive about the baby . It is normal
