Six months baby fell down from bed about 1 ft height...she was lying face up and cried for minutes. She looks normal no bruise no injury Am worried... Do I need consultant doctor or do any diagnosis

If no vomiting. .no lose of conscious Ness. .no fits..don't worry. Usually kids don't get head injury. God protect them. Their head is not fully closed , so with stand pressure. See that there is no vomiting. .normal activities observe for 48 hrs at home. If vomiting. .lack of normal activities. .Loss of conscious ..fits etc must report to higher centre.
