  4. 6 week pregnant. Advised. what to do!

6 week pregnant

My last hcg level was 24072 trans vaginal scan showed a gestational sac and yolk sac .suggesting 6 week 1 day pregnancy .Fetal pole and heart beat not appeared yet . Doc was very positive about the scan but really worried since there is no heart beat .A review scan after 2 weeks advised . What to do
